Peak UpTime offers Managed Services for clients that do not have dedicated IT staff to support normal system monitoring and maintenance. For our Managed Services Clients, Peak fills the role of CIO/CTO/IT Support for covered systems and devices. This includes evaluating and monitoring the covered environment for stability, implementing practices for protection from external and internal threats and providing structure change management for the covered devices.

 

The services that Peak UpTime provides are proactive in nature, designed to prevent problems rather than a break-fix service.

Services provided:

 

  • Windows Operating System Patch Management – Proactive application and maintenance of critical Microsoft Security patches on Microsoft supported operating systems. 
     

  • Microsoft Office Suite Patch Management – proactive application and maintenance of critical Microsoft Suite Application patches on covered Windows endpoints for current Microsoft supported Office Suite versions.
     

  • End user support for Microsoft Office application Suite – Provide remote assistance in the installation and basic functionality of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (requires the client have valid and current Microsoft Office Licensing). Does not cover training activities on the operation of the advanced application functions.
     

  • End user support for Microsoft Outlook and email – Outlook and mobile email support limited to clients using Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions/Google GSuite Business Subscriptions/On-Premises Microsoft Exchange. Support of other third party email accounts is not included.
     

  • Configuration and end user support for covered printer devices – Covers installation and configuration of current printer drivers on covered endpoint devices to support basic printing operations.
     

  • Mobile Device support – Provides assistance in configuration and operation of basic email/contact/calendar functionality for clients using Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions/Google GSuite Business Subscriptions/On-Premises Microsoft Exchange. Support of other third party email accounts is not included.
     

  • Line of business/3rd Party application support – Line of business/3rd party applications may be supported. Each application will be reviewed and requirements established prior to support coverage. Only managed 3rd Party applications will be deployed to managed endpoints. Examples of 3rd party applications include Quickbooks/PeachTree/non-Microsoft Browsers/Phone integration clients, etc. Peak will manage the installation and maintenance of supported 3rd party applications on end-points and servers. Each 3rd Party application to be supported will add additional monthly cost.
