Gordon Martin has over 20 years of experience in leading technology organizations. Prior to joining Peak UpTime, Martin was a Vice President at EDS leading the Global Communications Outsourcing service line, and led business units at Qwest Communications and WilTel / Williams Communications. Martin was active in the formation of the commercial internet and a Board participant in the Industry associations CompTel and Ascent.
Martin has a Bachelor and Masters Degree (MBA) from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa Oklahoma and has attended Harvard Business School Executive Training in Strategy and Market Development.
Martin is married, has 4 children and is active in his church and community. Martin is currently the Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Finance committee at Promise Keepers, a leading non profit organization.
Kathy Case, Director, Solutions Delivery
Kathy Case brings experience in project management, problem solving, and administration
in a variety of industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, accounting,
and travel to Peak UpTime. She has held leadership positions in Fortune 500
companies, with responsibilities ranging from establishing and tracking quarterly
review and training programs, planning and forecasting, and systems advisory team
participation. She oversees Peak UpTime's Solutions Delivery team, which implements
customer solutions as well as internal IT infrastructure and networking environments.
Kathy has served in a variety of capacities in several non-profit organizations;
and is currently active both in her church and community.
Roberta Fankhauser, Director of Marketing
Roberta Fankhauser’s marketing experience spans 9+ years, starting with small projects
as part of the
Government Relations team at the Wichita Metro Chamber. Roberta served as the Marketing
Coordinator at ODEN Insurance Services, a company which provided software automation
products specific to regulatory compliance in the Insurance industry. During that
time, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business at St. Gregory’s University
in 2006. Roberta joined the Marketing team at Peak UpTime in 2008.
Roberta is an active member of the Tulsa Chapter’s Association of Women in Communications.
She actively supports her church and community as well as various other non-profit
organization activities. She recently assisted on a volunteer training video project
with her husband for the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
Jennifer McCuistian, Manager, Purchasing/Administration
Jennifer has 10+ years in technology and accounting experience. Jennifer completed
her Bachelor of Management Information Systems degree at the University of Oklahoma.
She started her working career at Tax and Accounting Software Corporation providing
support, training and documentation on the accounting software. Jennifer transitioned
to a Customer Service role in 2001 with a move to TULMEL Systems. She then became
a part of the Peak UpTime team in 2006 through the TULMEL acquisition. She oversees
Peak UpTime’s Purchasing and Administration team which covers accounting and purchasing
for all areas of the business. Jennifer is married and has two boys. She has been
involved with Big Brothers and Sisters for many years and supports several other
non-profit organizations in the community.
Travis Flake, Manager, Education Solutions
Travis Flake has over a decade of delivering technology solutions to Education,
Medical, and SMB customers. Prior to joining Peak UpTime, Travis was President of
ConXts Technologies, a mid-tier technology and consulting company based in Tulsa,
Oklahoma. Travis has led sales organizations and was the COO of a national white
box PC manufacturer. Travis has been cited in numerous trade publications and recognized
as an industry leader in the education vertical. While leading ConXts Technologies,
Travis received a community achievement award from “Everything Channel” for his
work with school districts and providing college scholarships to graduating seniors.
Travis is married and has three daughters, and is a lifelong Oklahoman. Travis has
been involved in several non-profit organizations, church, and community activities.
