Gordon Martin has over 20 years of experience in leading technology organizations. Prior to joining Peak UpTime, Martin was a Vice President at EDS leading the Global Communications Outsourcing service line, and led business units at Qwest Communications and WilTel / Williams Communications. Martin was active in the formation of the commercial internet and a Board participant in the Industry associations CompTel and Ascent.
Martin has a Bachelor and Masters Degree (MBA) from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa Oklahoma and has attended Harvard Business School Executive Training in Strategy and Market Development.
Martin is married, has 4 children and is active in his church and community. Martin is currently the Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Finance committee at Promise Keepers, a leading non profit organization.
Rick Harris, Chief Operating Officer
Rick Harris has experience in planning, developing and implementing information technology and business solutions in environments from start up to large companies such as Samson and WorldCom. This includes leadership positions in the energy, technology and consulting sectors. His responsibilities include Peak UpTime’s IT infrastructure, networking environment, and administration.
Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors, Tulsa Area United Way; as Chairman of the IS Committee for Tulsa Area United Way; and on the Steering Committee for N-Tech Collaborative
Paul Dudley, Applications Business Development
Paul Dudley is the founder of Clientele Solutions, Inc., now Peak UpTime. Paul has responsibility for development of market opportunities for the Applications team, working with service delivery to ensure the success of client engagements, including on-time and on-budget implementations and resulting client satisfaction.
Paul graduated from the University of Oklahoma, with a B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems. Paul has over 18 years experience in software applications development industry with companies like First Gibraltar Bank and Texaco.
Matt Auld, Director of Sales
Matt Auld has been providing Technology, VoIP and Security solutions to small and large businesses and K-12 schools across Oklahoma and surrounding states for over 22 years. Matt has served as Executive Vice President of one of Oklahoma’s leading financial service companies to public schools. During that time, Matt oversaw the development and conversion of the IBM mainframe service bureau system into a PC based LAN system and was responsible for its operation in over 400 school Districts. His certifications include Citrix Certified Administrator, NSBS, CSE (Cisco Sales Essential Specialist), with Security, ShoreTel Certified Design Engineer, Sybase SQL Technician, ShoreTel Certified and CSS (HP - Compaq Sales Specialist).
Matt is a member of Networking of Tulsa Enterprises, on the Board of Directors for K12_innovation.org and Rotary International. He is a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship award and a Paul Harris Benefactor.
Matt is responsible for solution sales in Eastern Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas.
Rolf Strasheim, Director, Client Solutions
Rolf Strasheim brings experience with sales, marketing, and business development to the Peak UpTime team. With 10 years of experience in all disciplines of the UpTime business, Rolf brings technical expertise, a wealth of client knowledge and a vision for customer advocacy.
Rolf is responsible for all solution sales in Western Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana.
Dianne Shelton, Marketing and Opportunity Development
Dianne Shelton has experience in sales, marketing and business development. Dianne’s leadership experience includes BPO sales, business and corporate development, consulting and marketing for global companies, including Affiliated Computer Services, Williams, and Thrifty Car Rental. She is responsible for implementation of multiple Enterprise initiatives, including a Customer Vendor Information Center which allowed a Fortune 100 company to understand its partner relationships across the Enterprise. Dianne’s responsibilities include Marketing, Channel Partner Programs, Named Accounts, and Opportunity Development strategies.
Dianne has a BBA with an emphasis in Marketing and is active in her community with a passion toward advocating for abused children.
